3/31/2024 0 Comments IT IS RISENIf I am to take the Christian world view of Easter Sunday (as it is today), the acceptable phrase would be HE IS RISEN, and while that is true, the question I pose is what has risen up in me today, what has risen up in you today? Upon self reflection for my week ahead-- I pondered how i wanted to show (because goodness know, sometimes i can only manage a week at a time, in who I BE). I really truly sat with it for a while, because last week i did not show up how i wanted to and certainly did not want a repeat of that, hustling, struggling entrepreneur, health coach who gave her powers away to fear and hopeless self-talk. Thus, the resurrection of my power, strength, boldness, openness and passion for all things that life has to offer me in the areas of my business, health, relationships and finances. The clarity came with this one question, what would I have to change to be me again? (before all that mess in my head). The answer was resounding, as if it was waiting, beckoning for me to call it into being. The Answer: change how i see myself. Q: How do I see myself? and in that moment Jamie Winship's work on Identity came rushing to my mind and the phrase "all negative emotions is an invitation to transformation." So, I began listing the emotions that occupied last week's space, you know, the usual biggies like, fear - rejection - unworthiness and I replaced them with LOVE - POWER - FORGIVENESS, with power taking up the loudest sound on the megaphone of my mind. What does POWER look like for me......stay tuned! RESURRECTION POWER can never be mistaken. I ask you the same question: HOW DO YOU SEE YOURSELF?
